- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon scanning reports
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic frameworks at industry conferences and investor summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities organization-wide
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
