As a Futurist Strategist, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams to forecast technological and societal transformations, ensuring our innovations stay ahead of the curve. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready thinking into product development, operational frameworks, and corporate culture. Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 and beyond
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Develop 'Future Impact Assessments' to evaluate emerging technologies' societal and business implications
- Champion innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable roadmaps for product and leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into narratives
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
