Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for anticipating technological, economic, and societal paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with product, marketing, and operations to embed foresight
- Author thought leadership publications and industry foresight reports
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Portfolio published foresight research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
