- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer emerging field studies
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for moonshot projects targeting 2026 milestones
- Present strategic insights at global conferences and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, system dynamics modeling, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and communication skills for translating complex insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or consulting work in 2020+ trend analysis
