Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight initiatives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for tech policy influence
- Design immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for emerging technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism summits and tech conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org)
