Responsibilities
- Lead foresight research to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to build resilience against future uncertainties
- Produce actionable whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-of-work transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026-specific challenges (e.g., climate adaptation, neurotech integration)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or SFI) preferred
