As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment priorities across our portfolio of emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, space economy) and forecast their impact on industries by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation plans
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and partnerships for competitive advantage in 2026 markets
- Advain on ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for future-facing innovations
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy role
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
