- Produce executive-ready scenario planning models for market volatility and technological inflection points
- Design and implement innovation pipelines aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and board members on future opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring foresight impact and strategic adaptation success
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market advantages
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools like STEEP or Delphi methods
