Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to identify exponential opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' distributed to 10,000+ industry stakeholders
- Advocate for ethical innovation governance in emerging tech policy dialogues
- Build and manage a global network of 100+ futurist researchers and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps for tech clients
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry foresight summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies Review, Tech Trends Quarterly)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations (patents or successful ventures)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their convergence points
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level scenario planning workshops
- Portfolio of 3+ major foresight projects delivered to C-suite audiences
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Strong network with 50+ recognized futurists or technology pioneers
