Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps for AI/quantum convergence and biotech integration
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient smart cities and autonomous infrastructure
- Design ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and neurotech interfaces
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on emerging tech validation
- Present strategic foresight briefings to Fortune 500 innovation committees
- Author whitepapers on metaverse governance and decentralized identity systems
- Manage $10M+ R&D portfolio for 2026 technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal tech collaboration projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
