- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Establish innovation labs and mentor teams in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Drive sustainable technology adoption initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging innovations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and research institutions
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
