- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech into business roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic vision and implementation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning Horizon as an innovation authority
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Oversee horizon scanning initiatives using proprietary AI-powered trend analysis platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership in tech/innovation spaces
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive technology analysis
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and global innovation communities
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
