Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate societal shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and strategic storytelling tools
