Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop scenario-based strategies for ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance
- Present visionary insights to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and academic institutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build our internal foresight methodology framework
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications for industry disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning for Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining tech innovations
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
