Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech implementation ensuring societal benefit
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate disruptive technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of successfully predicting tech trends and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research or thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, MIT Technology Review)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical domains
