Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps forecasting industry disruptions in quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage cross-functional sprints integrating blockchain, metaverse, and biometric authentication
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption and digital sovereignty trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech initiatives
