Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions for market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Produce annual innovation impact reports with ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Advise on ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
