- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish innovation KPIs and measure strategic adoption across business units
- Curate global trend intelligence networks and future-focused research pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent analytical rigor
