Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead bias audits across generative AI models using explainable AI techniques
- Develop policy recommendations for autonomous system deployment in regulated industries
- Conduct cross-disciplinary research on AI consciousness and moral alignment
- Partner with quantum computing teams to design ethical protocols for entanglement-based AI
- Create audit trails for biometric AI interfaces ensuring privacy-by-design principles
- Advocate for ethical standards in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Proven track record developing AI bias mitigation frameworks for deployed systems
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI architectures and explainable AI methods

- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable engineering guidelines
