Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for advanced AI systems including quantum neural networks and predictive behavioral modeling
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees comprising engineers, ethicists, and social scientists
- Develop compliance protocols for AI systems operating under 2026's evolving regulatory landscape
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for novel AI applications in healthcare, climate modeling, and autonomous infrastructure
- Create educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to shape industry standards for AI transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in emerging AI technologies including generative adversarial networks and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations including EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights
- Experience conducting ethical audits of high-stakes AI implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (peer-reviewed journals)
