Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our proprietary property management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards in all public areas
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
Qualifications
