Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of the company’s 2026 strategic vision, aligning technology goals with business objectives.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Algorithms, and Decentralized Systems.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Manage a high-budget R&D department to explore uncharted territories and validate innovative concepts before market launch.
- Foster a Culture of Innovation: Mentor engineering leaders and foster a dynamic environment where radical ideas are encouraged and tested.
- Market Analysis & Prediction: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to predict shifts in the industry and position the company as a market leader.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technological strategies to C-suite executives and investors with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic roadmaps for major technology platforms.
- Tech Expertise: Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging hardware trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders and the press.
