In this pivotal role, you will define the technological roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, focusing on integrating Generative AI, Quantum computing readiness, and next-gen automation into our core products.
You will serve as the bridge between high-level business strategy and deep technical implementation, leading a world-class team of engineers and data scientists to deliver breakthrough solutions that define the industry standard for 2026.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Systems.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient microservices architectures capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major technical initiatives.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and increase throughput for our AI inference engines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure). Proven experience designing systems for Generative AI.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
