Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for AI integration that positions 2026 Ventures as the market leader by the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists in cutting-edge research projects.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their viability for commercial application.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and executive leadership to translate complex AI concepts into scalable, high-impact business solutions.
- Process Optimization: Establish frameworks for ethical AI governance and ensure all innovations align with global safety standards.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative models.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical, market-ready products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in navigating fast-paced, disruptive environments and pivoting strategies based on market feedback.
