Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive roadmap that outlines key technological milestones and strategic initiatives for the upcoming years.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI integration, quantum computing, and next-gen connectivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, translating technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between our long-term vision and day-to-day operations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for technological disruption and competitive advantage.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
