Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Strategic Vision, identifying key growth drivers and technological disruptions.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to forecast industry shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align future technology initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap, prioritizing resources for maximum ROI.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Present complex strategic insights to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the SaaS or Enterprise Software sector is highly desirable.
