Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's strategic roadmap leading up to and through 2026, identifying key technological milestones.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Spatial Computing, and Quantum Encryption.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate future trends into viable product roadmaps.
- Establish and manage partnerships with startups, universities, and research labs to access early-stage innovations.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and identify new market opportunities.
- Present complex strategic visions to stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives and delivering tangible business value from innovative concepts.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity.
