Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term tech vision with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and ensure seamless digital transformation.
- Forecast technology trends and risks, providing strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data security, and innovation.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and technical architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with a focus on strategic planning and digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
