Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's long-term technology strategy with a specific focus on the 2026 vision.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) and assess their potential impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Prioritize and allocate resources for high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on future-state scenarios.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
