Responsibilities
Architect and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on AI, Quantum Computing, and Generative Systems leading up to 2026.Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product lines and infrastructure.Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies, assessing their potential ROI and strategic impact.Manage relationships with key technology vendors, research institutions, and thought leaders in the industry.Develop a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes surrounding advanced AI and data privacy.Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors with clarity and confidence.Oversee the R&D budget and ensure resources are allocated efficiently for maximum innovation output.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.Strong background in strategic planning, product development, and digital transformation.Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing engineering and product teams.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences.Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment is highly desirable.
