Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration across all product lines.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI researchers, engineers, and ethicists.
- Product Innovation: Lead the design and deployment of proprietary AI models that drive user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce robust frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., multimodal AI, agentic workflows) for potential implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
