Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term industry goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of breakthrough technologies, including predictive AI and quantum interfaces.
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify high-value opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with external partners and thought leaders to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Oversee the transition of prototype concepts into scalable production systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies: AI, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
