Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our 2026 product suite, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems capable of handling future loads and complexity.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with product leaders and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous standards for code quality, security, and performance across all development teams.
- Technical Strategy: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for long-term technical decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and anticipate industry shifts relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
