Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests at all hotel entrances and public areas
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and provide local recommendations
- Support check-in/check-out processes and manage key assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards
- Assist with event setup and guest services during peak times
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, approachable demeanor with a passion for service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
