Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out desks
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and public area maintenanceHandle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems for reservations and billing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all guest areas
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role)
