Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining bathroom hygiene
- Deep-clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Provide exceptional service to guests during room preparation and requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
- Complete daily inspection reports and maintain cleanliness logs
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic English communication skills
