- Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and gift shop sales accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and transportation options.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
