Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive stay.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to maintain hotel standards.
- Uphold all safety, security, and operational policies and procedures.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing or answering phones as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
