Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure the property is pristine.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Uphold all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide full training!
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
