Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and motivate the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams during your shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage payroll hours, and prepare daily reports.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate goals and expectations to staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and inspire a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
