Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service standards
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required for all positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems (training provided)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license if position requires transportation duties
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
