Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event setup and guest services
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
