Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel touchpoints
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with event setup and special requests
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
