Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms to hotel standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adapt cleaning schedules to client preferences and property specifications
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and report maintenance issues
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning protocols when requested
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all client properties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and product safety
