Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Change linens on beds and ensure all sleeping areas are tidy and organized.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Stock supplies and amenities in guest areas or living spaces.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
