Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to company standards.
- Make and change beds, ensuring linens are crisp and furniture is properly arranged.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including baseboards, furniture, and windowsills.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors in all assigned areas.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in storage closets and utility areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Basic English communication skills for interaction with guests and staff.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs safely and perform physical tasks as required.
