Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping hard floors.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to meet our high-quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and manage laundry tasks efficiently.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities in guest rooms or common areas.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure excellent customer service during client interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, cleaning schedules, and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and bending.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
