Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to company standards.
- Change bed linens and restock amenities in guest rooms or common areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly and safely.
- Adhere to time schedules and ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
- Interact professionally with clients and residents, maintaining a positive demeanor.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 lbs on a regular basis.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
