Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Bedmaking: Expertly make beds, fluff pillows, and ensure linens are crisp and free of wrinkles.
- Sanitation: Disinfect bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and showers using approved cleaning products.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels as needed.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure waste areas are kept tidy and sanitary.
- Attention to Detail: Identify and report maintenance issues or damages to the floor manager promptly.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and residents, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or maintenance needs.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
