Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
- Empty trash bins and sanitize waste disposal areas regularly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or damage promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for residents or guests at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching.
